Seriously. I started Yoga as a young adult for SCOLIOSIS. I still work with it every day despite my advanced practice. When I was 22, I couldn't touch my toes. Look where I am now . . . I KNOW you can do it.
I am committed to helping those with serious challenges improve their strength, mobility, and well-being. Please contact me if you have a challenge you want to discuss. Many people can work with the group despite injuries, sometimes private training will be recommended in addition to or instead of group class.
A therapeutic yoga practice is a deeply healing experience and one of the greatest gifts you can possibly give yourself, especially if you are suffering from pain or lack of mobility/ability in your body. No one is too old or too stiff or too broken to do Yoga, because Yoga modifies infinitely to match YOU!
