Partner Yoga begins with focus which brings cooperation, sensitivity, and communication. Our practice starts with centering to help you tune into one another and create sacred space for your practice. We’ll warm up with some connected breathing and gentle movements before the challenge of standing poses and balances, and a juicy deep relaxation together.
When you practice Partner Yoga, you’ll not only learn some cool stunts. You’ll also learn to listen, be sensitive, trust, and be strong for your partner. You’ll learn to breathe and let go. It’s quite possible this workshop may even help other parts of your relationship too.
