Doing Yoga with a Partner is a great way to connect, relax, and have fun together. Whether you come with your sweetheart or work with a stranger, you’ll learn to improve your communication, cooperation, and loving-kindness towards yourself and others.
This will not be a romantically-oriented workshop so feel free to come alone and meet some new friends. Couples will learn relaxing and fun ways to bond with your partner, take care of one another better, and increase your energetic intimacy and communication skills.
We’ll warm up and get to know one another with some fun and inspiring Partner Yoga exercises, where we cooperate in various twists, bends, and balances. This all-levels workshop will accommodate everyone’s limitations and needs. You’ll get to enjoy deep relaxation, assisted stretching, and fun challenging poses. Those who feel ready can also try some Flying Yoga poses, where one person lifts and balances the other to give them a new stretch. Flying Yoga and Acro Yoga moves help you develop better balance, strength, communication, and trust.
