I mentioned to you that I have some tears in my shoulder and a bulging disc in my neck but that my main issue is that my trapezius muscle is in continuous spasm. Another tip that has changed my life is realizing how much I let my chin and neck extend forward, especially when driving. Just putting my head back in place helps to relax my neck and shoulder. Such a small thing with such a big effect.
